Nice plants. I've never grown this species, but I've always liked them... to answer your questions, buffalo used to migrate down into Texas a certain times of year, but the pic on my blog are ranch raised

What a great specimen! So plump and a nice color. The flower is beautiful as well. The key now is to keep it alive. I've never been able to do that for more than a year.
